Dayspring Trust is a strong Church of England Multi-Academy Trust, with Secondary Schools in Stockton and Sunderland. We are currently working on a merger to bring Dayspring Trust and Northern Lights Learning Trust together in Spring 2023 and the successful candidate will provide Estates Management across the two trusts ahead of the merger and beyond.
The post holder will take a lead in facilities, estates and building health & safety, providing strategic support to the Trust and Senior Leadership Team of each academy. Ensuring compliance and sustainability within the academy environment will be a crucial aspect to this role, as well as ensuring capacity for future growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a brand-new role in our growing central team, where you will be able to make a meaningful contribution to the academies within the trust and the futures of the children in our care. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced professional with the ability to drive a new approach and set best practice standards from the beginning.
